I obtained a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering at the Polytechnic University of Madrid, a Master’s degree in Hydrology and Water Resources Management at the University of Alcalá and the University of Rey Juan Carlos, and another Master’s degree in Cartographic Geotechnologies in Engineering and Architecture.
In November 2018, I joined the C. Dionisio Pérez Blanco research group, AWARE. I started a Ph.D. in Economics in October 2021, where I’m focused on coupling hydro-economic modeling frameworks to better understand the two-way impacts caused by extreme events in human-water systems in order to support decision-making under deep uncertainty.
I have also been selected to present my works at relevant international conferences (EGU General Assembly 2019 and 2020, EWRA World Congress 2019 and 2023, and MedGU 2022) and national conference (Congreso Ibérico de Gestión y Planificación del Agua 2023).
